This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into healthcare admissions or behavioral health. In this role, you will provide a welcoming first impression to prospective clients, families, and referral sources while ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and routed appropriately. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or Admissions team member Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral sources Gather and document preliminary client information accurately in the CRM/intake system Provide general information about programs and services Assist with scheduling initial screenings or transferring calls to Admissions Specialists Maintain a professional, empathetic, and supportive tone in all interactions Follow up on missed or dropped calls to ensure strong client engagement Support admissions and facility staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree preferred) 2+ years of admissions or relevant customer service experience required Prior experience in healthcare, call centers, or behavioral health is a plus Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/EMR systems preferred Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach Why Join Us?
