You have a passion for recovery: Whether you are a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) looking to grow, a Case Manager seeking a new angle, or someone with personal lived experience who has successfully navigated their own recovery journey (6-12 months+), your passion is your greatest asset.
You are tech-savvy:
You're comfortable navigating CRM systems (Salesforce) and multi-tasking across digital platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Initial Engagement:
Respond promptly to inquiries, providing a welcoming and empathetic first point of contact for individuals seeking help.
Information Gathering:
Conduct initial pre-screening interviews to collect clinical and demographic information for review by the clinical team.
Insurance Support:
Assist in gathering insurance information and work with the verification team to communicate basic coverage details and financial obligations to families.
Pipeline Management:
Support the admissions pipeline by following up with leads, scheduling tours, and coordinating intake dates.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions and client data within the CRM (Salesforce).
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the clinical and operations departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and logistics (travel, packing lists, etc.) are completed prior to arrival.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation of admission folders and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience working in treatment (as a BHT, Case Manager, etc.) or in a high-volume customer service/sales role preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficient with Google Suite/Microsoft Office; ability to master CRM software (Salesforce) quickly.
Foundational Insurance Knowledge:
Basic understanding of health insurance concepts; willingness to learn the complexities of
PPO/HMO/EPO
benefits.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal skills. You must be able to balance professional boundaries with genuine compassion.
