Full-Time Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience) Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Director to oversee and lead our admissions operations. This leadership role is essential in driving census growth, managing referral relationships, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for patients and families. Key Responsibilities Oversee the admissions process from referral through admission Serve as the primary liaison between hospitals, physicians, case managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Review clinical documentation for admission appropriateness and authorization requirements Coordinate with nursing, therapy, social services, and finance departments to ensure smooth transitions Manage bed availability, census development, and admissions tracking Build and maintain strong referral source relationships to support occupancy growth Educate referral partners on facility services, specialty programs, and outcomes Support patients and families throughout the admission and transition process Collaborate with leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, intake, case management, or healthcare business development Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care setting strongly preferred Previous Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator experience required Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and authorization processes Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to admissions and transfers Experience working with interdisciplinary clinical teams Proficiency with EMR and referral management systems including PointClickCare, CarePort, NaviHealth, and AllScripts Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive and team-oriented environment Company perks and employee discounts Ready to take the next step in your healthcare leadership career?
