POSITION SUMMARY
Palm Beach Career•School of Allied Health Sciences is seeking a highly motivated, organized, strategic, and results-oriented Admissions Director to lead and develop the school's admissions and enrollment operations. This position will initially be part-time, with the expectation that the successful candidate may transition to a full-time Admissions Director position within approximately three (3) to six (6) months, based on performance, demonstrated leadership ability, achievement of established admissions objectives, departmental needs, and the overall success of the admissions operation. The Director of Admissions will provide leadership and direction to the Admissions Department while working closely with Admissions Representatives, Admissions Coordinators, Marketing, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Student Services, Clinical Education, and school administration. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment and enrollment strategies, supervising admissions personnel, monitoring admissions performance, improving lead conversion, establishing departmental workflows, maintaining accurate admissions processes, and using technology, CRM systems, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve admissions efficiency and student engagement. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable working directly with prospective students and admissions staff while also developing systems and processes that can support the school's long-term enrollment growth.
INITIAL PART-TIME PERIOD
The position will begin on a part-time basis for an initial period of approximately three (3) to six (6) months. During this period, the Admissions Director will be expected to: Learn the school's programs, admissions requirements, policies, and procedures. Evaluate the current admissions process. Assess the admissions team's strengths and weaknesses. Establish or improve admissions workflows. Develop measurable departmental KPIs. Monitor and improve lead follow-up. Improve applicant communication. Establish CRM and admissions tracking procedures. Train and coach admissions personnel. Develop or improve admissions SOPs. Identify opportunities for automation and AI implementation. Establish regular admissions reporting. Improve application completion and enrollment conversion. Demonstrate the ability to lead the Admissions Department effectively. The part-time period is intended to provide the school and employee with an opportunity to evaluate the position, establish effective systems, and determine whether a transition to full-time employment is appropriate.
TRANSITION TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Upon successful completion of the initial three (3) to six (6) month period, the employee may be considered for transition to a full-time Admissions Director position. The decision to transition to full-time employment will be based on factors including, but not limited to: Achievement of established admissions KPIs. Departmental enrollment performance. Improvement in lead-to-enrollment conversion. Quality and consistency of applicant follow-up. Leadership and management of admissions personnel. CRM utilization and data accuracy. Development and implementation of admissions procedures. Applicant/customer service. Professionalism and reliability. Ability to work effectively with other departments. Effective use of technology, AI, and automation. Overall contribution to the school's enrollment and institutional objectives. Operational needs of the school. Successful completion of the initial period does not automatically guarantee full-time employment. Any transition to full-time status will be determined by school administration based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement.
COMPENSATION

QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE BONUS
In addition to the hourly compensation, the Admissions Director may be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus based on departmental enrollment and conversion KPIs. The purpose of the performance bonus is to reward measurable improvements in admissions performance and successful achievement of established institutional enrollment objectives.

ADMISSIONS FUNNEL MANAGEMENT

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & AUTOMATION
The Admissions Director will be expected to use and promote appropriate AI technology to improve admissions operations.
