Admissions Representative Northbridge University - 3.4 Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Associate's degree Full Job Description At Northbridge University, we are looking for an Admissions Representative ! The Admissions Representative actively assists in the enrollment of students as detailed in enrollment policy procedure provided by the Director of Admissions. The Admissions Representative is responsible for the completion of all training provided by the Director of Admissions and is directly accountable to the Director of Admissions.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending Northbridge University. Use phone to contact prospective students. Make at least 100 phone calls per day. Use computer to communicate with prospective students. Determine if prospective student has the desire and qualifications to attend Northbridge University. Meet or exceed the company's conversion standards for Admissions. Organize and manage assigned leads generated through multiple sources. Communicate to prospective students all details as they relate to the particular program of interest. Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated. Recommend qualified prospective students for admission into Northbridge University. Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process. Request, track, and accurately document receipt of high school diploma and GED transcripts Work with Registrar to determine if prospective student has the qualifications to attend. Participate in college fair/career fairs. Attends college graduation ceremonies.
Qualifications/Education:
Associate degree is required Experience as a proprietary school executive is a plus Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment An ongoing customer focus The highest levels of integrity at all times Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and weekends), in order to meet business objectives.
