Lake Worth Beach, Florida Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 annually
Position Type:
Full-Time, On-Site We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead our centralized behavioral health admissions call center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, supporting our treatment facilities located throughout the country. Must have verifiable admissions management experience. The ideal candidate is a strong admissions and sales leader with extensive experience in private-pay and commercially insured behavioral health treatment, call-center operations, CRM management, team development, and admissions conversion. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of behavioral health admissions experience, preferably within private treatment facilities. Previous experience managing or supervising an admissions or behavioral health call-center team strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of Dazos and/or Salesforce, including: Running and analyzing reports Creating and managing workflows Monitoring lead and admissions pipelines Managing CRM processes and data integrity Training staff on CRM utilization and admissions procedures Experience with CTM (CallTrackingMetrics). Experience with Kipu or similar behavioral health EMR/admissions platforms. Strong understanding of the behavioral health admissions process, including inquiry handling, pre-screening, insurance verification coordination, clinical handoffs, and admission scheduling. Demonstrated ability to manage and improve admissions conversion rates. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage a high-volume admissions environment while maintaining professionalism and a high standard of client and family service. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the centralized admissions department. Supervise, train, coach, and hold admissions staff accountable for performance. Monitor incoming inquiries, call volume, response times, follow-up activity, admissions, and conversion rates. Develop and maintain admissions workflows within Dazos/Salesforce. Run regular admissions, lead-source, conversion, and staff-performance reports. Ensure leads are appropriately tracked and followed throughout the admissions process. Review calls and admissions activity for quality, professionalism, and effectiveness. Train admissions staff on behavioral health programs, facility services, CRM procedures, call handling, and admissions expectations. Coordinate closely with clinical, medical, utilization review, outreach, and facility leadership across multiple locations. Identify barriers to admission and develop strategies to improve conversions and client access to care. Ensure accurate documentation within Kipu, CTM, Dazos/Salesforce, and other admissions systems. Assist leadership with forecasting, admissions trends, referral-source performance, and operational improvements. Maintain appropriate confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable behavioral health regulations. Compensation $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an on-site position in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, supporting a growing network of behavioral health treatment facilities across the United States.
