Job Description

FAA Part 142 Training Center - (Pilot Training) Our FAA Part 142 Training Center is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced Admissions Administrator to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students and plays a critical role in guiding applicants through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals pursuing professional aviation training. Previous experience in aviation, flight training, admissions, or student services is highly preferred. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students via phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Guide applicants through the enrollment process from initial inquiry through registration. Provide accurate information regarding training programs, admissions requirements, scheduling, and tuition. Follow up with prospective student pilots to nurture leads and support enrollment objectives. Review, collect, verify, and process applications, enrollment agreements, and required pilot documentation with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain and update student pilot information within company databases and CRM systems. Coordinate with training scheduling, finance, and operations departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Monitor admissions pipelines and generate reports as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, and accreditation requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, administrative support, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
Preferred:
Experience working in the aviation industry is preferred. FAA Part 141 or Part 142 training center experience. Experience with student enrollment systems, CRM platforms, or educational administration. Knowledge of aviation training programs and industry terminology.
