We are looking for an educator and leader with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student character formation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a structured orderly school culture, supporting both students and faculty in upholding high expectations for behavior, virtue, and scholarship. This individual will lead student culture and discipline, partner closely with faculty and families, and help cultivate an environment where students can thrive intellectually and morally. About True North True North Classical Academy is a growing network of high-performing classical liberal arts charter schools, consistently recognized among the top academic institutions in Florida. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university. Certification is not required to teach at True North. Competitive Compensation:
Starting salary for new teachers, without experience, begins at $52,470. Starting salary for experienced teachers based on experience and expertise.Additional compensation includes:
Master's supplement: $3,410 Doctorate supplement: $7,920Comprehensive Benefits:
