Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university. Certification is not required to teach at True North. Competitive Compensation:

Starting salary for new teachers, without experience, begins at $52,470. Starting salary for experienced teachers based on experience and expertise.

Additional compensation includes:

Master's supplement: $3,410 Doctorate supplement: $7,920
