Solutions Healthcare is seeking Admissions Representatives for our Port Saint Lucie admissions office. We are seeking self-starting, motivated, and anyone experienced in behavioral health representatives to add to our growing admissions department. This is an amazing starting opportunity for anyone seeking an admissions job who may not have specific experience in this role. Admissions representatives are responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the admissions process. This position includes handling the steps required for anyone seeking mental health or substance abuse care. Admissions Representatives are an integral position that ensure an efficient and effective admissions process along with related tasks and responsibilities including insurance verification, pre-assessments, & scheduling. SHC has four facilities with all levels of care located across Florida, with the admissions call center being in Port Saint Lucie, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls coming to the admissions lines and obtaining the necessary information needing to be able to conduct the call. Oversee potential clients and leads the admissions team is in touch with including scheduled admissions, family members in need, and referrals to outside facilities. Conducting pre-assessments with clients and determining level of care needed based on reported mental health symptoms, substance use, and medical concerns. Monitoring and handling incoming chats and inquiries on our company's Live Chat via website. Communicating with on-site staff and Director of Admissions about important information pertaining to their site location and incoming admissions. Prioritizing proper documentation in all software platforms used including Salesforce, KIPU, and admissions channels. Assist business development representatives with any potential leads (this can include speaking with the potential client, potential client's family or referral source) Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:
