With 14 pickleball courts, 2 padel courts, dedicated table tennis spaces, a full-service restaurant and bar, and amenities ranging from coworking to wellness to a garden oasis—it's a place to play, connect, and belong. And we're looking for an Athletics Coordinator who lives and breathes that philosophy. The Opportunity As our Director of Athletics, you'll oversee every aspect of the club's athletic operations and programming—from daily court management to leagues, tournaments, and clinics. You'll play a key role in bringing our athletic vision to life, ensuring that every member and guest experience across pickleball, padel, table tennis, and fitness is seamless, fun, and unforgettable. You'll balance operations with creative programming, maintaining exceptional facility standards while designing events and programs that engage, challenge, and delight our members. What You'll Do Operations Oversee daily operations of pickleball and padel courts, table tennis areas, and the fitness center—ensuring optimal scheduling, maintenance, and member & guest satisfaction, with a focus on revenue and cost management. Coordinate comprehensive athletic programming calendars in collaboration with our sales, marketing, and events teams that align with member & guest interests and club priorities, balancing reservations, open play, private events, and programming needs. Monitor athletic facilities and equipment to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Experience, Events & Programming Develop, plan, and execute athletic events and programs in collaboration with our events, sales, and marketing teams across pickleball, padel, and table tennis—including leagues, tournaments, clinics, lessons, summer camps, pro exhibitions, after-school programs, social play, and innovative activations. Collaborate with the General Manager and marketing team to promote athletic programs and events through engaging content and communications. Lead with approachability, professionalism, and energy to ensure an outstanding member and guest experience in every athletic interaction. Track key performance indicators—attendance, retention, lesson bookings, event participation—to evaluate program success and identify growth opportunities. Athletic Education & Development Recruit, onboard, and train athletic staff—including pros, instructors, and assistants—ensuring alignment with club values and service standards. Manage pickleball, padel, and table tennis professionals in lesson programming, clinic development, and ongoing performance evaluations. Supervise the fitness team, including personal trainers, group instructors, and wellness professionals, maintaining excellence in service and outcomes. Who You Are You've managed athletic programs or facilities in clubs, resorts, or community centers where hospitality is paramount. You're a hands-on operator who thrives on balancing details with dynamic programming. You're an exceptional planner and communicator who can design engaging events and experiences. You lead by example—approachable, energetic, and committed to helping both staff and members feel supported. You have experience working with or managing teaching professionals, from scheduling to quality control.
