• Ellijay, GA Parkside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team!

Pay:

$70,000

• 90,000 per year The Admissions & Marketing Director will oversee admissions and marketing activities for the facility, help maintain occupancy, coordinate tours for prospective residents and families, and serve as a liaison between hospitals, referral sources, and the nursing center.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain facility occupancy through marketing and referral development Manage the admissions process to ensure resident and family satisfaction Develop relationships with hospitals and outside referral sources Coordinate tours and provide marketing presentations/materials Develop and monitor marketing campaigns Attend meetings, trainings, and ensure department goals are met

Qualifications:

Nursing home admissions/marketing experience required Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassion for working with elderly residents and families PointClickCare experience preferred Why The Parkside of Ellijay?
