Job Description

Optimae LifeServices is hiring a Program Director to provide leadership and management for Marion County. The Program Director is responsible for meeting financial goals by prudent fiscal management of expenses, revenues and monitoring billing practices. They will also oversee service provision to ensure quality, customer-driven services. Additionally, the Program Director will lead the county in problem solving and growing leaders through supportive, mutual accountability. A High School Diploma or GED and minimum of experience in the field of human services is required.
