The Mission is currently looking for a Temporary Part-Time Holiday Guest Registrar. This position reports to the Community Engagement Director. The Guest Registrar must hold to the doctrine and constitution/by-laws of Boise Rescue Mission Ministries. The Guest Registrar must be a regular attendee of a local church and be willing to sign and adhere to the Mission's Statement of Faith.

Job Summary:

This is a temporary part-time position, up to 30 hours per week from September 28 to December 22, 2026. Some prescheduled evenings and weekends are required. Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Register families for the annual Thanksgiving and Christmas banquets. Answer questions about the banquets, via phone and email. Attend and help at the Rescue Mission's annual banquets, banquet setups, and toy distribution in Boise and Nampa. Enter all registration information into databases and prepare necessary spreadsheets. Complete other tasks and responsibilities as necessary.

Knowledge/skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and good organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted

Qualifications:
