Job Description

Danville Area Community College (DACC) is an accredited public two-year community college providing higher education opportunities for youth and adults in East Central Illinois. Danville Area Community College is a recognized state and regional leader in providing higher education, customized training, and workforce and economic development opportunities for youth and adults in East Central Illinois. The Dean of Career and Technical Education (CTE) is responsible for ensuring program innovation and consistency, maintaining accreditation standards, developing and processing both curricular revisions and new program development, securing and administrating grants that have a CTE focus (e.g., Carl Perkins Grant), and fostering industry partnerships to support student success.
Required qualifications:
Must possess a master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Career & Technical Education, or equivalent. Significant experience in higher education and knowledge of community and/or technical college environments, including grants administration. Demonstrated management or administrative experience.
