What You'll Do Welcome residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Assist with the admissions process from start to finish Prepare, review, and explain admission paperwork Coordinate resident arrivals and communicate updates with internal teams Ensure all required documentation is collected accurately and timely Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical and medical staff Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, data entry, insurance follow-up, and file management Build positive relationships in the community and help promote Meadowbrook's services What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service or administrative experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare field Self-motivated team player with a positive mindset Schedule Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Why Join Meadowbrook?
