Openings:
1 Kirby Medical Center is looking for an outgoing and driven leader to support our day-shift registration team. This high customer-focused position will support the Director of Registration in creating schedules, conducting interviews, and developing reports to better support our patients and their needs. If you have an outgoing personality who can relate to many, then this could be the perfect fit!
Job Responsibilities:
Serves as the main point of contact in the absence of the Director of Registration. Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity; ensure confidentiality of patients' records. Pre-register patients for scheduled admissions and outpatient procedures. Responsible for Registrations software including software performance, troubleshooting, testing, and upgrades. Complete Registration reports, as assigned by the manager, in a timely and accurate manner. Answer general insurance questions from Registration staff, communicate with billing regarding additional concerns, and review insurance information and notes. Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized, and function well in stressful situations.
