Job Description / Intake Specialist Name & Job Title Intake Specialist Reports to Program Director Job Purpose Responsible for the initial application process for prospective clients. Reviewing applications and gathering required documentation. Performs clerical duties for staff as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Answering questions and providing technical assistance for those who use our equipment. Maintaining our agency email replying to inquiries. Sending links to Pre-Screening/Applications to prospective clients. Filing and uploading on the Shared drives and maintaining records in the computer system. Receiving, and reviewing applications for WIOA services. Contacting prospective clients with directions and requesting documentation. Follow-Up with the applying public. Uploading back up documentation and submit completed application to Program Manager. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum one year administrative and customer service work experience. Understanding social services and education. Knowledgeable in resume writing, applications and job searching. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
