They average about 580 in attendance between both campuses on a weekly basis. They are part of the Irresistible Church Network (ICN). Batesville, IN is a rural community located halfway between Indianapolis, IN (67 miles) and Cincinnati, OH (47 miles). Over the last decade, Community Church has been led by Pastor Seth Bartal, the elders, a healthy staff, and a unified congregation. Community Church (Batesville) hosts modern worship services at 10:45 AM. The Batesville Campus averages more than 270 in attendance between worship and kids ministry on Sunday morning. Community Church is an Outward Facing Church, where their mission is to Create a community where ALL people can connect to God s story . The current Youth Ministry is divided into Middle School. (6-8) and High School (9-12) and meets weekly on Sunday nights. They average around 30 kids in attendance total for the two age groups. Community Church is hiring a global Director of Student Ministries position that will be based in Batesville, IN that is focused on student ministry at that campus with direct oversight of the student ministry at the Greensburg campus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Leadership (Batesville and Greensburg) Set and champion the overall vision for student ministry (MS + HS) across Community Church (Batesville and Greensburg Campuses) Partner closely with the Greensburg Student Ministry Coordinator, ensuring they: Have a meaningful voice in key decisions Are treated as a key contributor, not just an executor Develop a clear discipleship pathway for students from middle school through high school Monitor key metrics (attendance, engagement, retention, volunteers) and adjust strategy accordingly Campus Leadership (Batesville) Serve as the primary leader for student ministry at the Batesville campus Recruit, train, and develop volunteer and small group leaders Create engaging, well-executed weekly environments Build relationships with students and families Ensure a strong, healthy small group culture Build and sustain a strong volunteer pipeline Ensure every student is connected to a consistent leader Establish systems for onboarding, training, and communication Oversee student ministry budgets and ensure well-organized, guest-friendly environments

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong leadership, communication, and relational skills Proven ability to build and lead teams Intentional leadership in the areas of discipleship and development. Outgoing and engaging personality with a strong passion for student ministry, leaders, and parents. A team player and team builder who focuses on the good of the entire church. Willingness to align and affirm with the beliefs of the Community Church. Education A Bachelor s degree preferred. Experience 2+ years of relative student ministry experience preferred.
