(BL-INAD-IUBLA) Department Information The Indiana University Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering is one of the world's largest, broadest, and most innovative technology and information schools. Luddy is committed to reshaping the future through interdisciplinary research and education that brings together people, ideas, and technology to address complex challenges and create meaningful impact. Job Summary Designs, recommends, and implements a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program that includes but is not limited to strategic communication, reporting, and post-gift recognition activities and events to promote meaningful and lasting relationships with donors. Represents school at related campus-wide initiatives and committees. Develops individualized donor engagement strategies, development officers, and school leadership to enhance the school¿s relationship with, and the private support received from alumni and community members. Supervises the documentation of these strategies within the university-wide alumni-donor database to assure the school's compliance with the university's advancement efforts. Conceives, plans, and executes a variety of special events, both large and small, on behalf of the advancement efforts of the school partnership with other university stakeholders. Actively supervises staff who assist in coordination of these events. Delivers fiscal management and planning guidance to managers of donor-funded accounts. Provides donor intent and compliance oversight to ensure donor funds are being administered in agreement with donor wishes, beginning with gift agreement creation. Supervises gift deposit process to ensure donor intent is fully complied with and acknowledged. Facilitates corrections and adjustments as necessary. Oversees a highly complex donor recognition process to ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate gratitude for donors¿ generosity. Collaborate with department chairs and program directors to provide timely information and service to ensure that each department and program is properly stewarding the philanthropic support it receives. Provides leadership in developing strategies for effectively managing fundraising campaigns, such as comprehensive, capital, annual fund, faculty/staff giving, and/or specific unit fundraising campaigns. Collaborates with others in campaign implementation. Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred Master's degree in related field
