E.O. LTES Dean & Literacy Coach

This position is intentionally designed as a 50/50 role , balancing student support and discipline responsibilities with literacy instructional leadership, rather than serving solely as a full-time disciplinarian or dean. The role includes maintaining discipline and attendance systems, facilitating communication and problem-solving with students, families, and staff, supporting behavior and attendance interventions, and collaborating with the principal and community agencies to promote student success. Equally, the position serves as a literacy leader by coaching teachers, analyzing data, supporting implementation of high-quality literacy instruction aligned with the science of reading, and leading professional development and MTSS processes to improve student reading achievement and overall instructional capacity.
