Our products are used by many of the nation's leading dental institutions and have become a standard component of dental education. We are seeking an Account Manager to support dental education programs and help strengthen relationships with faculty, administrators, and educational leaders across the country. Position Summary This is not a traditional sales position. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource to dental and/or dental hygiene schools, helping institutions evaluate educational products, implement new technologies, and navigate curriculum and simulation needs. Success in this role comes from building long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, and becoming a knowledgeable and trusted partner within dental education. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with dental school faculty, simulation directors, department chairs, and administrators Visit dental schools and educational programs throughout the United States Attend national and regional conferences, meetings, and trade shows Conduct product demonstrations and educational presentations Support implementation of new products and technologies Coordinate customer projects and school transitions Identify opportunities for product adoption and growth within existing accounts Work closely with customer support, operations, and leadership teams Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts Demonstrate and discuss our software products Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Professional presentation skills Willingness to travel approximately 25% Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong organizational and follow-through skills Preferred Experience Higher education Dental education Educational technology Healthcare education Academic program support Customer success Account management Clinical or educational training environments Characteristics of Successful Candidates Naturally curious Comfortable speaking with highly educated professionals Strong listener Builds trust easily Professional and dependable Learns technical information quickly Enjoys travel and meeting new people Comfortable working in both independent and team environments What Success Looks Like The successful candidate becomes a trusted resource to faculty and administrators, develops a deep understanding of dental education, and helps schools successfully implement products and technologies that improve student learning.
