In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to provide detailed information about academic programs and campus life Conduct compelling public speaking presentations at college fairs, open houses, and recruitment events to attract new applicants Assist students throughout the application process by explaining admission requirements and guiding them step-by-step Collaborate with university staff and academic advisors to ensure a seamless transition from prospective applicant to enrolled student Promote the institution's offerings by working with diverse student populations and addressing their unique educational needs Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and application statuses to support ongoing recruitment efforts Qualifications Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present confidently in front of groups and individuals Experience working with students or in education administration is highly desirable Proven recruiting experience or background in university outreach programs preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude toward student engagement Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities Prior experience in teaching or academic advising is beneficial but not required Join us in inspiring future students and shaping their educational journeys!
