Fri Sep 4 2026 This is a professional position responsible for assisting the Assistant A.D. for Athletics Communication with all facets of athletic communication, including game-day operations, media relations, social media content, video/broadcast productions, publications, and photography.

Specific responsibilities include:

Oversee the staffing and production of webcasts and broadcast productions. Serve as the primary media contact for assigned teams, including recruiting appropriate game day staff where applicable. Report statistics to NCAA and conference offices. Work with coaches to nominate and promote student-athletes and athletic personnel for appropriate awards and recognitions. Assist in maintaining media archives (photos, videos, etc.) as well as statistical records. Oversee the performance of student workers. Assist the Assistant Athletics Director for Athletics Communication in the day-to-day administrative duties. Assist the athletics department with operational duties assigned by the Director of Athletics or his/her designee.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required Work experience in journalism, broadcasting, or athletic administration Ability to visually analyze live athletic competitions. Possess a willingness and ability to support and promote a diverse and inclusive campus community
