Dusty Ridner Job Summary/Basic Functions Under the supervision of the Head Football Coach, the Director of Football Sports Performance will be tasked with implementing and overseeing the strength and conditioning program for the football team. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring safety at all times. The director must adhere to all university, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.Minimum Qualifications Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.Experience:
2 years of related work experienceLicensure & Certifications:
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and/or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA).Job Duties:
60%- Design work and implement training programs for football. 25%
- Maintain administrative oversight. 10%
- Assist administration with Nutrition Center. 5%
- Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned.
