This is a leadership role ideal for a results-driven admissions professional who values compliance, teamwork, and student success. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive admissions strategies to attract diverse, qualified applicants. Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students. Conduct engaging public speaking presentations at college fairs, community events, and campus visits to promote the institution's programs and values. Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic, and Campus teams to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals. Utilize Vanillasoft and Campusvue systems to manage applicant data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and educational partners to expand outreach efforts. Supervise admissions staff, providing training and coaching in best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating applicants. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of higher education trends, accreditation standards, and competitive landscape to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Maintain compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and applicable laws Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in university admissions or education administration with a track record of successful recruiting initiatives. Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Familiarity with student management systems for data tracking and reporting. Strong background in working directly with students, providing academic advising or related support services. Experience in educational settings that enhances understanding of academic programs and student needs. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic outreach plans that increase enrollment numbers. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
