What You'll Do As an Admissions Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor to future students from their very first inquiry all the way to their first day of class.
Connect & Build Relationships:
Reach out to warm leads who have requested information about our programs via phone, text, and email. (No cold calling!)
Drive Engagement:
Schedule and host prospective students for dynamic, on-campus interviews and campus tours.
Navigate Enrollment:
Guide students step-by-step through the admissions requirements to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Track Success:
Maintain organized records and activity logs in our contact management system.

Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that build trust instantly.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating software platforms and tracking candidate progress in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant Background:
Experience in college admissions, career counseling, recruiting, inside/outside sales, customer service, or public relations is highly valued.
Compliance Ready:

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
