Training and Education Coordinator MediTrans, LLC - 2.5 Lafayette, LA Job Details Full-time $41,520 - $47,760 a year 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Coaching Bachelor's degree Teaching Professional development training Full Job Description Position Summary The MediTrans Training & Education Coordinator ensures service-level quality among approximately 150 front-line staff. This includes call center Customer Support Specialists (CSRs), Dispatch Agents, Billing and Credentialing Agents, etc. The Coordinator will have a deep understanding of basic business practices and office etiquette, as well as learned subject-matter expertise in company systems and processes. They will work in collaboration with the operations and leadership team to develop training guides and will personally conduct frequent individual and team trainings, reviews, on-the-spot observations and corrections, etc. Essential Functions
  • Interface in a collaborative and empowered manner as a member of the Human Resources team; broadly integrate and connect across departments and among a dynamic, cohesive leadership team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in basic business practices, tools, and etiquette; coach staff into performing at their best every day.
  • Function as an in-house expert on the interface between company technology solutions and process and procedures. Ensure adoption and consistency of practices, requirements, responsibilities, and compliance by front-line staff members.
  • Develop job aides that support company policies and procedures; note required changes and updates to policies and procedures where needed.
  • Conduct individual, team, and broad company staff trainings on critical topics, especially those identified through corrective action plans and/or internal self assessments.
  • Develop data / metrics protocols that document the active response to critical educational / training requirements and the progress / improvement made as a result of training and education initiatives. Minimum Required Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in teaching, business, public health, human resources, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 1 year of professional experience or relevant coursework with evidence-based teaching, training, or coaching
  • Knowledge of Medicaid programs, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), public healthcare policy and compliance, and other healthcare industry specialty preferred.
  • Be comfortable in a collaborative, high-production, meaningful-impact environment.

$41,520-$47,760
