$58,000- $61,000 + Benefits Package Position Summary The Community Learning Coordinator coordinates CCTV's adult and member education programs, including workshops, certifications,munity training, and other learning opportunities. This hands-on role manages the day-to-day coordination of classes, instructors, Teaching Artists, registration, participantmunication, schedules, and program resources. The Coordinator helps create weing, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences that connectmunity members with media production, storytelling, digital technology, media literacy, creative expression, and emerging technologies. Collaboration and accountability are central to CCTV's work.

Staff are expected to work across departments when appropriate,municate proactively, meet agreed-upon responsibilities and deadlines, seek clarification when expectations are unclear, and raise capacity concerns or barriers in a timely manner. Cross-departmental work should be purposeful, reasonable, and aligned with CCTV's mission andanizational priorities. Primary Responsibilities Adult & Member Learning Coordinate CCTV's adult and member educational offerings by: ? Develop and maintain CCTV's annual adult and member education calendar, including certifications, workshops, member training, and other learning opportunities. ? Develop accessible learning pathways that support participants from orientation and certification through continued learning and active participation at CCTV. ? Gather participant feedback, evaluate educational offerings, and rmend improvements. ? Work with staff, members, instructors, andmunity partners to identify emerging learning needs. ? Rmend new or evolving learning opportunities that respond tomunity interests and changes in media, technology, and creative practice. Education Operations & Program Coordination Maintain the day-to-day operations of CCTV's education programs by: ? Administer registration, attendance, participantmunications, classrooms, studios, equipment, and other program logistics. ? Maintain program schedules, records, data, evaluations, and reporting. ? Organize schedules and assignments for adult education instructors, Teaching Artists, education-focused interns, and seasonal education staff. ? Develop and maintain systems and workflows that support efficient, consistent, and weing educational experiences. ? Make routine program and scheduling decisions within established policies andmunicate capacity concerns, resource needs, or emerging challenges. ? Partner with other departments to align educational programming, schedules, and resource use. Instructor & Teaching Artist Coordination ? Recruit and onboard instructors and Teaching Artists in collaboration with the Youth Media Coordinator. ? Establish schedules, assignments, program logistics, andmunication. ? Communicate program expectations and instructional standards and provide ongoing support. ? Review participant feedback andmunicate instructional, performance, program, or capacity concerns. ? Recruit and coordinate volunteer instructors, guest speakers,munity experts, and other educational partners. ? expand CCTV's network of creative, technical, and educational professionals. ? Deliver member training in studio operations and other media technologies as needed. Program Sustainability & Earned Revenue Support the sustainability and growth of CCTV's adult andmunity education programs by: ? Monitor enrollment, participation, educational revenue, program costs, and progress toward established goals. ? Evaluatemunity needs and rmend new classes, certifications, workshops, customized training, and other learning opportunities. ? Design customized training for nonprofits,munityanizations, businesses, and municipal partners in collaboration withanizational leadership. ? Support membership growth by creating pathways from education and training into continued learning, active membership, and facility use. ? Maintain program data, oues, participant stories, and other information needed for evaluation, grants, sponsorships, andanizational reporting. ? Track program expenditures and identify equipment, staffing, instructional, and other resource needs,municating rmendations or anticipated budget concerns toanizational leadership. Community Engagement & Partnerships ? Build and maintain learning-focused relationships with libraries, nonprofits, educational institutions, creativeanizations, municipal partners, andmunityanizations. ? Identify opportunities formunity-based workshops, customized training, collaborative learning, and educational partnerships. ? Connect residents and partners with CCTV's educational programs, resources, facilities, membership opportunities, and pathways for continued participation. ? Promote educational opportunities, gathermunity feedback, and participate in relevant outreach andmunity events in collaboration with appropriate CCTV staff. Cross-Program Collaboration ? Collaborate with the youth program to align adult learning with youth and young-adult programs, workforce pathways, internships, membership, and continued education. ? Partner across CCTV on joint events, showcases, workshops,munity-learning initiatives, and opportunities for learners to their skills. ? Organize d classrooms, studios, equipment, instructors, Teaching Artists, and other educational resources as appropriate. ? connect adult learners and members with opportunities for advanced learning, volunteering, production participation, and other pathways within CCTV.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree or an equivalentbination of 3-5+ years of education, professional experience, training, andmunity-based work in adult education,munity learning, nonprofit programming,munity arts, media education, digital literacy, or a related field. ? Two or more years of experience coordinating educational ormunity programs, workshops, training, or similar initiatives. ? Experience teaching, facilitating, or supporting learning experiences for diverse audiences. ? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, instructors, Teaching Artists, interns, volunteers, ormunity partners while meeting agreed-upon responsibilities and deadlines. ? Stronganizational, project-management, administrative, andmunication skills, with excellent attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities,municate proactively, and seek clarification or support when needed. ? Comfort using technology and learning new platforms, including registration systems, databases, productivity tools, and digitalmunication tools. ? Commitment to accessibility, equity, inclusion,munity-centered learning, and creating weing experiences for members andmunity participants. Preferred Qualifications ? Experience with media production, digital storytelling, podcasting, live-streaming, digital/media literacy, or other creative technologies. ? Experience working with membership-basedanizations, libraries, maker spaces, artsanizations, educationalanizations,munity media centers, or similarmunity-based environments. ? Experience supporting program budgets, grants, earned-revenue initiatives, customized training, or program evaluation. ? Familiarity with CRM, registration, membership, learning-management, or similar program-management systems. ? Experience developingmunity partnerships and/or working across diverse cultural or linguisticmunities; interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, is a plus.
