July 6, 2026 Position Overview The Graduate Assistant for Admissions will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, marketing, communication, and enrollment processes of the Admissions Office. This part-time position will require collaboration with various campus partners and departments to enhance the admissions experience and drive enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities Administrative and Process Management Manage, create, and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to admissions processes. Collaborate with campus and departmental partners, including marketing, IT, and other stakeholders, to support recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Recruitment and Engagement Conduct recruitment travel for Admissions and represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and other events. Recruit and establish connections with all inquiries and applicants. Create and maintain an internal process to hand off admitted students to their assigned advisor. Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and Administrative Assistant on the recruitment process handoff. Identify key demographics or populations to engage, ensuring outreach efforts are targeted and effective. Lead online undergraduate information sessions to engage prospective students. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree and enrollment in a graduate program at Nichols College. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and various social media platforms, utilizing technology to enhance outreach and engagement.
