General Statement of Duties Ambassadors are student representatives who support the college's mission while assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Responsibilities Providing information to customers via multiple channels, such as: telephone, email, in-person, etc.; Greet visitors to the college (students, prospective students, families, etc.); Conduct campus tours; Assist with Open Houses, Information Sessions and other college events, both on and off-campus; Assist the office staff with other tasks, assembly of materials, answering phones, filing and mailings.Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a currently enrolled MWCC student (minimum 6 credit hours per semester) in good academic standing; Able to commit to 10 hours per week; Ambassadors should contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with confidential information; Strong oral and written communication skills;DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Aptitude for customer service ; Bilingual English/Spanish.
