We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our Developmental Services Program in Holyoke, MA. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a background in developmental services who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do:

As Program Director for Developmental Services, you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities, managing program operations and supporting staff development.

Responsibilities include:

Attend all required meetings including Monthly Clinical, Contract, weekly Staff, Monthly All Supervisor, Human Rights Committee, and Residential Operations meetings Participate in Health Care and Clinical Care Management reviews and ensure all identified follow-up is completed Support staff development and collaborate with leadership to align resources and program goals Perform On Call duties on the Program Director rotation Work shifts at program sites as needed Complete additional tasks as requested by the

VP of Residential Services What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in DS Residential Support required Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration We Hire for HEART!
