This role plays a critical part in the referral and intake process, ensuring all information is accurate and complete prior to a patient\'s first visit. The ideal candidate is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced medical environment. This is a full-time position, fully onsite. Hours are 8:30

• 5:00 (M-F). Temporary role until end of May approximately. Pay rate is \$20.00
• \$22.00/hr DOE. Key Responsibilities
• Review and process referral packets to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to initial patient visits
• Enter referral and patient information accurately and efficiently into internal systems
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure compliance with coverage requirements
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities and interruptions
• Follow through on issues and problem-solve to ensure timely referral processing Required Qualifications
• 1+ year of full-time experience in a medical office (required)
• 1+ year of full-time data entry experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Working knowledge of health insurance coverage requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong general computer skills and comfort working with electronic systems
• Proven dependability and consistent attendance
• Prior experience in a Home Health Agency environment (highly preferred) This is a great opportunity for a medical office professional looking for a full-time, temporary role supporting an essential intake and referral process.
