The Adult Education Program Manager will oversee CTI programs while simultaneously developing a program of offerings for our Adult Education expansion. This position will pay $60 an hour for a total of 500 hours. A qualified candidate should have knowledge of the CTI Program offered through the Commonwealth Corporation, must be extremely well organized, and a must be a strong communicator (both verbally and in writing). The Adult Education Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • establishment and oversight of all Adult Education Programs including, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, budgeting, review, reporting, and more
  • the ability to market, manage, and organize grant-related data in collaboration with MassHire and the Old Colony Administrative Team
  • organization and support of a night-time staff when courses begin
  • reporting of all program related data using Apricot SaaS system (with an Assistant) provided by Commonwealth Corporation (Training is available)
  • expansion of Adult Programming offerings
  • collaboration with other Adult Education and CTI network members for professional development purposes
  • any additional duties assigned by the Superintendent-Director
