- establishment and oversight of all Adult Education Programs including, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, budgeting, review, reporting, and more
- the ability to market, manage, and organize grant-related data in collaboration with MassHire and the Old Colony Administrative Team
- organization and support of a night-time staff when courses begin
- reporting of all program related data using Apricot SaaS system (with an Assistant) provided by Commonwealth Corporation (Training is available)
- expansion of Adult Programming offerings
- collaboration with other Adult Education and CTI network members for professional development purposes
- any additional duties assigned by the Superintendent-Director
