What You'll Do:
As a Lead Representative Payee Specialist, you will provide administrative representative payee services, ensuring funds are distributed correctly, and records are properly maintained in accordance with the Social Security Administration guidelines. Processes, reviews, and supports Account Payable functions Distributes individuals' funds in accordance with Social Security Administration guidelines. Coordinates with program management on client fund disbursements. Works with vendors to ensure accurate payments Monitors workflows for accuracy and following procedures. Identifies, researches, resolves/reports area of concern and refunds missing funds.Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED (Required) Associates Degree (preferred) Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable and/or bookkeeping experience (required) Intermediate experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills We Hire for HEART!
