(TILL), INC. is an innovative human services agency dedicated to providing quality community-based services to individuals who have developmental disabilities.
RESIDENCE MANAGER - TILL
is seeking Residence Manager to supervise a community residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Positions available in Bedford, Lynnfield, Dorchester, Brookline, Chelsea, Canton, Lowell and Stoughton. A BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education or related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. A minimum of one year of working in a residential setting with similar population and ISP experience is required. Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required. Good written and verbal skills are essential. This position includes direct care in essential programs for the individuals.
