Associate Development Director

The Development Associate at Birch Rock Camp supports the camp's fundraising strategies, donor stewardship, alumni support and overall advancement efforts. The role is primarily responsible for the operational and administrative function of the development program, ensuring accurate gift processing, timely donor communication, coordinating camp marketing initiatives and working with camp administration, trustees & volunteers to build robust advancement initiatives. The Development Associate works closely with the Community & Alumni Director to strengthen annual and long term fundraising goals and foster strong relationship building with Birch Rock supporters and volunteers.
