Our mission is to transform the culture by inspiring young women to discover and develop their feminine genius-their unique dignity, identity, and gifts as women created in the image of God. St. Catherine of Siena Academy is currently seeking a Director of Admissions. This position maintains healthy enrollment at St. Catherine of Siena Academy (SCA) through development and execution of a student recruitment/retention plan that results in annually enrolling the optimal number of students. The Director will work closely with the Leadership Team, President, and Principal in the promotion and marketing of SCA, ensuring cohesive messaging in the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of all students.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership, Enrollment Growth & Retention Develop and own a multi-year enrollment strategy encompassing both recruitment and retention, aligned with the school's mission, brand, and growth goals Analyze market trends, feeder school dynamics, demographics, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making Establish clear enrollment and retention targets and metrics and drive accountability for results Monitor student persistence and attrition trends; identify root causes and implement proactive retention strategies Continuously evaluate outcomes and pivot strategy, messaging, and tactics to meet changing conditions Partner with Leadership to align enrollment efforts with broader institutional priorities and strategic plan Recruitment, Outreach & Marketing Execution Lead all student recruitment efforts to meet or exceed enrollment targetsDesign and execute a compelling calendar of events and touchpoints (open houses, shadow days, tours, camps, etc.) Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent, mission-driven messaging across all channels Identify and implement innovative approaches to increase awareness and interest Prospective & Current Family Experience Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment Help shape and influence the ongoing experience of current families, ensuring alignment between admissions promises and lived experience Deliver highly personalized, mission-centered experiences that go beyond standard admissions processes Build authentic connections with students and families, ensuring they feel known, valued, and excited to join—and remain part of—the community Curate visits, conversations, and events that bring the St. Catherine experience to life Retention Strategy & Student Persistence Partner with school leadership, counseling, and faculty to support student success, satisfaction, and retention Develop systems to gather and analyze family feedback, including exit data, to inform improvements Identify at-risk students or families and collaborate on intervention strategies Support and enhance re-enrollment processes and communications Work cross-functionally to ensure strong family engagement and sense of belonging, recognizing its impact on retention Admissions Process Management Oversee the full admissions lifecycle: inquiry, application review, interviews, decisions, and enrollment Ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience for all applicants Collaborate with counselors and administration to evaluate student fit Maintain accurate records and reporting within admissions systems Collaboration & Community Engagement Partner closely with Leadership, faculty, and staff to ensure alignment and strong internal communication Engage current students as ambassadors of the school Represent the school at events and within the broader community Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Strong commitment to Catholic education and the mission of St. Catherine of Siena Academy Demonstrated success in enrollment growth, admissions, retention, sales, marketing, or a related field Proven ability to develop strategy, analyze data, and drive measurable results Experience navigating changing or competitive markets with agility and creativity Exceptional interpersonal skills—warm, engaging, and highly relational Ability to connect authentically with students, parents, faculty, and community partners Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail High energy, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Qualified candidates are invited to apply by accessing our job application on the St. Catherine of Siena Website at:
