Our dedicated administrative staff are caring, knowledgeable and a vital facet of our Eagle Nation. The Administrative Dean supports the Principal and administrative team in fostering a safe, respectful, and student-centered learning environment that promotes academic success, positive student behavior, and strong school-community relationships. This position assists with the coordination of student support systems, attendance and discipline processes, supervision of school operations and activities, and implementation of equitable practices that support student growth and well-being. The Administrative Dean collaborates with staff, students, families, and community partners to ensure effective communication, consistent student support, and a positive school culture aligned with the mission and goals of the district. This position will work 216 days/year (10 months).

Qualifications:
Master's Degree required MN Secondary Teaching license required. MN Administrative license required. Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience or related experience working with students Secondary schools supervisory experience preferred. Benefit Package•: We offer a highly competitive rewards package that includes: Compensation & Paid Leave Salary range $102,876 - $107,611 depending on experience and education. (based on 216 days) Paid sick days 5 Days of Paid Vacation Up to 10 paid holidays Retirement 403b with a district match of up to 2.75% of annual salary District contribution of 8.34% to MN Teacher Retirement Association (TRA) Compensation based on 2026-2028 AST employee agreement
