This position provides leadership, direction, and oversight of financial aid and student financial services programs, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong, student-centered experience. This position can be located in either Moorhead, Fergus Falls, or Wadena. Key Responsibilities Lead and administer all financial aid and student financial services programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations Oversee financial aid operations including awarding, disbursement, verification, and reporting Manage budgets, fiscal controls, and financial aid funding processes Supervise, coach, and evaluate financial aid staff Collaborate across departments to support enrollment, retention, and student success Develop and implement policies, procedures, and continuous improvement strategies Lead financial communication efforts to provide clear, accessible information to students and families Advance equity, access, and affordability through financial aid strategies Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and improve outcomes About You You are a collaborative leader and strategic thinker with strong knowledge of financial aid regulations, operational processes, and student support systems.
