$54,616.00- $117,191.
- Establish and execute a strategic recruitment communications plan aligned with enrollment goals 2
- Develop and manage transfer partnership marketing strategies and real-time communications needs
- Build and maintain cross-functional and external partnerships to support recruitment initiatives Admissions Communications — 30%
- Direct CRM strategy, website content, print materials, and digital/social platforms
- Develop and implement a comprehensive prospective student communications plan
- Ensure consistent, timely, and targeted messaging across all stages of the recruitment funnel Admissions Office Leadership — 15%
- Provide lead work direction to CRM Data Specialist
- Oversee CRM utilization, training, and data-informed communication strategies
- Develop and manage the admissions marketing budget Additional Duties — 10%
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of enrollment and institutional priorities Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree and 3 years of Higher Education experience in Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Management or Marketing OR Bachelors Degree and 4 years of Higher Education experience in Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Management or Marketing.
- Graphic design experience
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment and enrollment practices
- Experience with a customer relationship management tool
- Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies
- Experience with social media platforms
- Ability to interact with multiple and diverse groups of people and a commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment Preferred Qualification
- Campus visit programming leadership experience
