We are looking for qualified applicants who are enthusiastic, energetic, and purpose-driven to fill vacant positions beginning April 1, 2025. About the role Provides primary oversight, leadership, support, and responsibility for goal attainment of enrollment (Outreach & Admissions - OA) and placement (Career Transition Services - CTS) personnel and contract. What you'll do Follow all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensure no manipulation of student data. Ensure Center/contract meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals. Ensure the achievement of OA/CTS contract goals for assigned territory. Develop Center/contract beneficial linkages within the community for enrollment, education, employment, training, WBL and any/all other forms of placement. Promote a positive image of the Center and Job Corps and establish meaningful relationships with elected officials and community leaders/influencers. Ensure assigned program areas and systems meet or exceed current DOL/Company performance standards. Provide training for direct report(s), provide ongoing positive and constructive feedback for professional development and engagement, follow progressive discipline process for accountability as necessary, and complete timely performance evaluations as scheduled. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and two years Job Corps experience; or Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field Four years Job Corps experience. The pay range for this role is: 72,000 - 80,000 USD per year(St. Louis JCC Main)
