Part-Time, 12-monthSummaryThe On-Call Admissions Associate advances Principia by delivering exceptional campus visit experiences, supporting admissions events, and ensuring seamless engagement for prospective families. Reporting to the Director of Admission, this role plays a critical part in AdmissionsVisit Daysand collaborates closely withadministration, schoolfacultyand students to help grow enrollment. Primary ResponsibilitiesServes as a welcoming and knowledgeable presence for prospective students and families during Admission Visit DaysAssistsin coordinating and executing Visit Day programming (approximately 7:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m., eight times annually)Escorts prospective students and parents throughout campus, ensuringtimelyand smooth transitions between scheduled activitiesSupports the flow of the day by guiding small groups between classes, meetings, and program elementsShares authentic insights and perspectives as a current or former Principia parent to help families understand the school community todayEngages naturally in conversation with students and parents, answering questions and fostering a sense of connectionSupports the Admissions team in creating a warm, organized, and seamless visit experience from arrival through departureAssistswith eventlogistics,including check-in, wayfinding, and coordination across multiple campus locationsCollaborates with faculty, staff, and student ambassadors to ensure a consistent and positive experience for visitorsDemonstrates flexibility, professionalism, and a strong service mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant walking and standingCore Competencies Principia values the unique strengths each employee brings to their role.
