Director of Student Engagement

Mississippi College is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position Director of Student Engagement, Office of Student Engagement. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students, this position plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant and connected campus community by promoting student involvement in co-curricular activities, leadership development, and campus traditions. This is position provides oversight and strategic direction for student organizations, clubs and tribes, campus programming, and student government. The Director is responsible for cultivating meaningful student experiences through planned programming, leadership development, and community-building initiatives. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field Experience in various extracurricular activities as an undergraduate student Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and detail oriented An appropriate level of assertiveness, leadership and team-building skills An extremely approachable self-starter who has demonstrated initiative in other pursuits Commitment to the Christian-based mission of Mississippi College Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
