Delta Technical College is seeking a Program Director to lead one of our academic programs while mentoring instructors, driving student success, and ensuring educational excellence. As the senior instructional leader for your program, you'll play a key role in shaping the student experience, developing faculty, maintaining high academic standards, and partnering with campus leadership to help students achieve their career goals. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of instructors through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management. Oversee the daily operations and success of the academic program. Foster an engaging, student-focused learning environment that promotes retention, graduation, certification, and career placement. Ensure curriculum quality, instructional consistency, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. Collaborate with campus leadership to support student success initiatives and continuous improvement. Recruit, onboard, and develop outstanding faculty members. Monitor program performance and implement strategies that drive positive student outcomes. Represent the program during campus events, advisory meetings, graduations, and community outreach. Teach courses as assigned while serving as the academic leader of the department. What We're Looking For Postsecondary, technical, or vocational teaching experience. At least 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant required MS Radiology Permit required. Leadership experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring faculty preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Passion for student success and developing high-performing teams. Experience with curriculum oversight, compliance, and continuous improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with learning management systems is a plus.
