Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Full Time Studio Manager for our Yoga and Fitness Studio communities in both Whitefish and Kalispell. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a welcoming environment for all members. Your leadership will drive the success of the studio by coordinating schedules, communicating with and training new and existing staff, and ensuring smooth operations at all studio locations. Responsibilities Supervise daily studio operations, including class scheduling, member check-ins, and facility maintenance Lead and motivate a team of instructors and staff through effective communication Train and oversee all staff to ensure proper delegation of all roles to create a support web Oversee customer service standards to ensure member satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Manage inventory control for studio supplies, retail products, and equipment to optimize stock levels and reduce waste Handle administrative duties such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions Coordinate marketing efforts to promote classes, workshops, and special events to attract new members and retain existing ones Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth experiences for all teachers, students, and staff Requirements Proven management experience with leading a team within the retail or fitness industry, including supervising teams and managing retail sales teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and customer service simultaneously Excellent communication skills Wide range of experience with Google Drive and POS systems, specifically Momence Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development practices Familiarity with operational management tools such as Google Drive, Google Meets, bookkeeping software, payroll systems, and inventory control methods Demonstrated leadership in team management with supervisory experience in retail or service environments Exceptional customer service skills with phone etiquette proficiency and a friendly demeanor This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leading teams and delivering outstanding member experiences.
