Director of Admissions - Trinity Elms Health and Rehab Full-Time Position | Pay range t $28 - $33 per hour Trinity Elms Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Admissions to join our team! This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay starting at $28 per hour and up, based on experience. Weekend rotation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of admissions, ensuring a welcoming and efficient process for residents and their families. Coordinate closely with social workers and interdisciplinary teams for admissions, discharges, and transfers. Evaluate applicants to ensure the best possible care and fit for our facility. Maintain accurate admission records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Represent Trinity Elms Health and Rehab positively in all inquiries—electronic, phone, and in-person. Support marketing and public relations efforts by organizing outreach to the community, churches, and referral sources. Assist with planning and executing events to promote community involvement and enhance our facility's visibility.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in Social Work or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in health care services or admissions experience. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships within the community. Proficient in organizing, managing records, and working collaboratively with multiple departments.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move items/literature up to 25 lbs as needed. Ambulatory throughout the facility and able to work at a desk/computer for periods of time.
