Immediately Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable General Coach to lead, develop, and inspire student-athletes across a variety of sports and activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching fundamental skills, fostering teamwork, and guiding individuals to achieve success both on and off the field, court, or competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct effective practices focused on skill development, conditioning, and teamwork Teach fundamental skills, rules, and strategies applicable to the sport or activity Develop and implement training plans and game/competition strategies Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive team culture Manage event or game-day responsibilities including lineups, roles, and adjustments Monitor athlete safety and ensure proper use of equipment Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff Maintain records, statistics, and schedules as needed Ensure compliance with all league, school, or organizational policies Qualifications Previous coaching or playing experience in one or more sports is preferred Strong understanding of general coaching principles and team development Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and develop individuals of varying skill levels CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check is required Work Schedule Practices, events, or competitions may be held during evenings and weekends Travel may be required depending on the program or schedule
Position Type:
Part-Time Job Requirements At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. High School/Trade School degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required
