EHRA Primary Purpose of Position Manage a territory, including all recruiting and yield activities, within designated geographic areas. Manage the recruitment calendar, in consultation with the Associate Director of Recruitment. Articulates admissions policies and procedures to students, parents and counselors. Participates in University undergraduate admission recruitment activities, including college day/night programs, individual visits to post-secondary institutions, alumni meetings, and campus tour visitations. Coordinates and facilitates onboarding and training for admission counselors alongside the Associate Director of Recruitment. Provide leadership and direction to the freshmen admissions team, in the absence of the Associate Director of Recruitment. Primary Function of Organizational Unit The primary function of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is to identify, attract, and enroll first year and transfer students with outstanding academic ability and potential. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education Two or more years experience in Admissions or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is preferred. Other preferred skills include an advance proficiency/knowledge of data analysis and CRMs Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills are necessary. Required License or Certification Valid driver's license Is this position eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies.
