A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in event planning, alumni relations, communication, volunteer management, or program coordination are preferred Required License or Certification N/A Position Overview Primary Purpose of Position Provides support for alumni engagement programs, events, and volunteer initiatives that strengthen connections between alumni and North Carolina A&T State University. Assists with planning, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of alumni activities; supports alumni volunteers, chapter leaders, and advisory groups; and helps maintain engagement records and reporting. Collaborates with campus partners and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful alumni experiences that advance University and Advancement goals. Requires strong organizational, communication, project coordination, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and occasional evening or weekend events. Primary Function of Organizational Unit Provides support for alumni engagement programs, events, and volunteer initiatives that strengthen connections between alumni and North Carolina A&T State University. Assists with planning, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of alumni activities; supports alumni volunteers, chapter leaders, and advisory groups; and helps maintain engagement records and reporting.
