Position Summary The Mgr, Education will serve an essential role as a teacher, trainer, mentor, and role model for employees. The Manager will combine passion for teaching and clinical expertise with outstanding leadership abilities to effectively oversee the educational requirements. The Manager will also ensure appropriate systems are in place to meet Joint Commission and other regulatory agency standards. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in Nursing Education required. Current North Carolina RN license. Certification in Nursing Professional Development is preferred. Three to five years of health care experience, plus experience teaching adults Pay Range Manager, Education salary range > $92206.40
